The price covers a standard repair, and the repair is covered by a 6-month warranty on any repaired items.

In very rare circumstances, the manufacturer may charge more for the repair, for example where certain rare parts have to be ordered specially, or where there is damage to the shell of a custom hearing instrument. If this is the case, we will contact you with a quote before proceeding.
